I have 6 batteries and really hate passing up a good deal. I was really thinking about it but I just couldn't come to it. Until they release a multi charger, its painful. I am hoping I find a nice aftermarket charger on ebay with multiple support.

I was trying to figure out the zip line functionality. What is the difference between zip line and multi cable cam?

I am guessing you have your go pro set to wide angle? If you were to take the same shots with the narrow or medium angle, would it straighten things out? Just curious if there is a better setting on the go pro for this.

I agree. If I wanted a full FPV Racer, that is what I would build. But I am on the boat with you on this one. Something agile and fun to rip around with to get some interesting shots, but the ability to have a Solo experience in the right moment. I get it. I get the need to want both systems...

We should get together sometime. I am in Hamilton, but my parents live in Honey Harbour so I am through Barrie all the time. I haven't really gotten a chance to fly a lot of the smart shots last year as I was super busy. This year will be different.

I agree, I believe 3DR needs to remain as a vehicle company and not a camera company. there are TONS of companies that make TONS of money using 3rd (no pun intended) party equipment. 3DR has done an amazing job with the pixhawk, and now Solo with pixhawk2 is in my mind amazing. Far beyond...

What were your settings for the GoPro. I am guessing you planned a mission in tower using their mapping option at a height of 50 meters flying at 5 m/s. Did you have a gimbal attached or is this using the stock go pro mount the solo comes with?
