Camera unable to record

Hello everyone,

I've just bought a used solo and everything is working. After going through everything to make sure it flies correctly, it finally flew off the ground. But when I put on the gopro, ( I have a gopro hero 4 silver) and I got live feed from the gopro. The problem was when I pressed the record button, it wouldn't record. The button is gray, and I don't know what to do. Please tell me what to do with this situation.

In the Solo app's Camera Settings / GoPro Model screen, do you have the Hero4 Silver selected?

If you're using the original 3DR app, then that in itself could be an issue. The app is over 5 years old at this point and has pretty much never been updated (since 3DR went out of business and all). I believe there are workarounds that may help, but you'd be better off with using Solex.
